The Public Ledger is the canonical place to inspect approved, public-safe records of custody, order, preservation, and governed status.

The Golden Genesis remains the first public launch record.
Approved Golden Status Cards appear only after their publication boundary is satisfied.
Private prompts, raw files, payment details, internal notes, and protected run bodies remain outside the public ledger.

What the ledger proves

A ledger entry can show that a governed record was created, ordered, preserved, and published under a stated scope. It does not automatically prove that every underlying claim is universally true.
